A new technical recommendation supports and enhances the reliability of lithium battery cabinet design in 2026.
Our cabinets, which comply with this recommendation, are designed to prevent fires and thermal runaway. They can withstand temperatures exceeding 73 °C and store up to 4,000 Wh for batteries weighing up to 25 kg. Classified according to their performance (P for power, T for temperature).
These cabinets meet strict technical requirements: automatic door closure in the event of prolonged opening, secure locking and one-handed operation. They require ventilation to remove flammable gases (minimum flow rate of 10 m³/h), specific labels, an integrated automatic extinguishing system and an emergency shut-off in the event of overheating or fire. Each unit is clearly marked with its safety classes and limits.
